Bio cow’s milk cheese

Cheese obtained from rennet coagulation of Piedmont cow’s milk. The paste is elastic, slightly spotted, with a straw yellow colour covered by a slight layer of penicillum candidum very good consumed naturally, but also excellent for cooking in the plate or oven.

Ingredients: Cow’s milk *, salt, organic microbial rennet *
