Bio cow’s milk cheese

Cheese made from Piedmont cow’s milk from rennet processing. The paste is elastic and pleasantly soft, with a thin rind of intense colour. During the process, garlic is added, which gives the paste a pleasantly aromatic flavour without being too intense. The cheese has an average maturation time of 20-30 days and its taste is delicate and well-balanced.

Ingredients: Cow’s milk *, dehydrated rennet *, salt, vegetable rennet * from organic farming
