Capra Bio cheese

Cheese made from Piedmont goat’s milk. Cooked cheese, which requires careful processing and long maturing in order to obtain its finely granular structure with a flavour. When slightly matured, its paste is still elastic with a taste but uniform taste, when its texture tends to be ripened to that of the grating cheese and its taste becomes more pronounced with its mild pungent notes.
