Capra Bio cheese

Cheese typical of the Piedmont region is made from Piedmont goat’s milk from rennet processing. The taste depends very much on the maturing and treatment of the rind during ripening. Ripening around 40 days gives the product a soft, elastic paste, slightly touched, pleasant, but with no pungent taste.
