Capra Bio cheese

Cheese made from Piedmont goat’s milk from rennet processing. The paste is elastic and pleasantly soft with a fine straw rind – The taste is light, delicate, but retains all the notes and flavours of the milk. The cheese has an average maturation time of 20-30 days and its taste is delicate and well-balanced, also pleasant for the palates that do not enjoy the overly intense taste of some goat’s cheeses.
